The MHSAA fiscal year runs from September 1st to August 31st. We have General Body meetings every third Saturday of the month and other planned events and service activities throughout the year. If you would like to serve on a committee, please come to our meetings.

The students are rewarded for accomplishments in Marlin Bucks. This special currency grants the students access to a room stockpiled with goodies. Your class or organization can help keep the reward room stocked by donating snacks like chips, candy, drinks, cup-o-noodles, small games and trinkets like cards, bead kits, shirts, pencils/pens, etc. It's like a treasure chest for big kids.

The teachers need love too! Sometimes the smallest token of appreciation goes a long way. The Sunshine Cart is a way to let teachers know we are in their corner. The cart is loaded with goodies for the teachers to choose from. The cart needs chips, candy, soda, and anything else that would make a teacher smile in the middle of a hectic school day.

The cell phone ban has left the kids without the only entertainment they know. Lets bring back some old school fun to lunch by decking out the back patio. Your class or organization can sponsor outdoor games like cornhole, giant jenga, giant connect four, kick ball, wall ball, etc. The students would love to burn off some energy during that brief time with their friends!

The teacher's lounge at Madison is severely under utilized. Your class or organization should consider laying out the teacher's lounge for special occasions like Homecoming, Halloween, Christmas, Testing Days, and more. Turn the lounge into a nice getaway by decorating it, playing music and creating "a vibe", and providing grab and go food, desserts or snacks.

WATER WARS CHALLENGE (Summer 2025)
The Madison High School Alumni Association wants to say THANK YOU to every class and community partner who has donated money or cases of bottled water and/or sports drinks to support the MHS Athletics, Band and FFA Programs. Thanks to your contributions, we have collected over 500 cases for the students. You all have really shown that when we come together, big things WILL happen!

Donations mean everything to us. Ninety-nine percent (99%) of your donations go towards scholarships and service projects that benefit students and teachers each year. The more we raise the more we can give back to our school and the future alumni of Madison.
